Chan Luong-Shin is a board certified Speech-Language Pathologist and a Certified Lactation Counselor licensed in the state of Texas. She attended Wichita State University and received a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Chan has worked in a variety of settings, which include public school, skilled nursing, clinical private practice, and home health care. Chan has experience working with infants and children who have varying degrees of challenges such as articulation disorders, phonology processing disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, apraxia, autism, orofacial myofunctional disorders, tongue tie/thrust, and feeding delays.

Since 2013, Chan has been committed to making a positive difference by helping children repair normal function of the face and tongue and become better communicators and successful eaters. She looks for creative ways to combine aspects of various treatment approaches, tools, and strategies to provide the best possible treatment for each and every child. Dedicated to helping children reach their full potential, Chan continues to expand her clinical knowledge and refine treatment skills through research and continuing education.

Patti is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in the state of Texas. She attended Baylor University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master's Degree in Communication Science and Disorders. She has worked in pediatrics, primarily in the clinic setting but has experience in the schools and Early Intervention.

During her professional career, Patti has had the opportunity to work with a variety of populations and disorders. She has experience with a variety of speech sound disorders, apraxia, expressive and receptive language disorders, autism, tongue
thrust, tongue tie, and feeding/orofacial myofunctional disorders.


She enjoys collaborating with families and other professionals to treat children using a team-based approach. She also deeply values collaborations with parents and other professionals to support every individual child's unique needs.
